I was really looking forward to my stay, but the parking situation was extremely disappointing. I expected on-site parking, but instead, I found myself struggling to find a spot blocks away. Additionally, there were no shampoo or conditioner amenities provided, which felt like a basic oversight for a hotel that charges a premium rate.
